This one of a kind hip sequence will improve your sense of overall health as you increase mobility, flexibility, and stability in the hips: the epicenter of the body. Open, strengthen, and re-align the hips in order to reduce stiffness and prevent degeneration of the hip joint, address arthritic changes in your body safely, and overcome back pain. This practice is ideal for those who sit or stand for periods of time, as well as runners and cyclists.

Develop strength, balance and flexibility as you take your practice to the next level. Standing poses, inversions and twists prepare you to explore backbends more deeply. Mindful flows created to increase awareness as you cultivate the inner strength to transform your experience in your practice and beyond. Prior yoga experience necessary.

Increase and build strength. Develop flexibility throughout the entire body. Ground with standing poses to improve balance. Practice Classical Surya Namaskar as you flow between poses to build awareness as you create mobility and a powerful connection within your body and mind.
Sunday 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM | The Foundation
This well-rounded practice develops balance and strength throughout the entire body. Overcome stiffness, open and strengthen the shoulders, rejuvenate your physical and mental outlook. Ground yourself as you let go of the outside world and journey within; allow yourself to flourish.
